Tara Wilson is a studio potter Montana City, MT. In 2001, she received a BFA from the University of Tennessee – Knoxville, and, in 2003, an MFA from the University of Florida. Kiln building and various firing techniques are important to Wilson’s process. She has been a resident artist at both The Archie Bray Foundation and The Red Lodge Clay Center in Montana. Wilson was selected as an emerging artist for the 2006 NCECA conference and was a presenter at the 2006 International Woodfire Conference in Flagstaff, AZ.
