"Blue Celadon Tumbler" - Mike Jabbur

These tumblers were wheel-thrown and altered using porcelain. They were coated with a celadon glaze and fired using a reduction cone 10 process. they measure 4.5” x 4.5” x 4.5".

Mike Jabbur lives in Santa Fe, NM and is the Studio Director for Santa Fe Clay. Human ritual and the body in motion inspire the drama of Jabbur’s fluid vessels. Jabbur has a BA in Graphic Design from Virginia Tech University and an MFA in Ceramics from Ohio University. He has shown at Northern Clay Center (MN), Market House Craft Center (PA), and Craft Alliance (MO.) He was a Red Star resident from 2003 to 2005.
