Bonnie Seeman is a globally recognized artist whose works are in many private and public collections, including the Metropolitan Museum of Art and the Carnegie Museum of Art. Her sculptural vessels are a hybrid of human tissue, plant, and insect imagery replicated in porcelain and glass. She received her BFA from the University of Miami, where she is presently a Senior Lecturer in Art and Art History. She received her MFA from the University of Massachusetts, Dartmouth. In addition to teaching, she serves on the board for the Watershed Center for Ceramic Arts.
